Return & Refund Policy
Understand our policies regarding returns, refunds, and dispute resolution

1. Booking Amount Refund
The booking amount paid to reserve a vehicle is fully refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of making the booking. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount or NPR 5,000 (whichever is lower) will be deducted. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Inspection Period
Every vehicle purchased from Sricha Automobile comes with a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery. During this period, you may have the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic of your choice. If a major undisclosed defect is found, you are eligible for a full refund or vehicle exchange.
3. Vehicle Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the vehicle has not been involved in any accident, has not been modified, has less than 500 kilometers added since delivery, and is returned in the same condition as delivered with all original documents and accessories. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns not related to undisclosed defects.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at srichareconditiobautomobile@gmail.com or visit our showroom. Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For bank transfers, additional processing time may apply depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable: registration and documentation fees paid to government authorities, insurance premiums once the policy has been issued, vehicle delivery and transportation charges, aftermarket accessories installed at customer request, and any services already rendered such as vehicle detailing or inspection.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter through our formal dispute resolution process. Please submit a written complaint to our customer relations team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
