2. Vehicle Listings & Descriptions

We strive to ensure all vehicle listings on our website are accurate and up to date. However:

  1. Vehicle images are for illustration purposes and may not reflect the exact vehicle available.
  2. Specifications, features, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in listings.
  4. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. We recommend contacting us to confirm availability before visiting.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

When booking a vehicle through our platform:

  1. A booking amount is required to reserve a vehicle. The amount will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
  2. Full payment terms will be communicated before the transaction is completed.
  3. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, card payment, and cash.
  4. All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Test Drive Policy

Our test drive policy ensures a safe and fair experience for all customers:

  1. Test drives are available by appointment only and subject to vehicle availability.
  2. A valid driving license must be presented before the test drive.
  3. Test drives are limited to a specified route and duration as determined by our team.
  4. Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the test drive.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of the transaction:

  1. Booking amounts are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  2. After 24 hours, cancellation charges may apply as per our refund policy.
  3. Full refunds are provided if the vehicle is found to have undisclosed major defects during the inspection period.
  4. Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sricha Automobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law (Nepal)

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Nepal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
